I apologize for the lateness of this letter, but I do want to commend your company EMT. I want to thank EMT for going well beyond its duties.
EMT drove my husband and myself to his medical appointment at The Center for Advanced Medicine. We had just turned onto the highway when my husband needed to use a restroom. The EMT driver turned off the next exit and turned into a gas station. I expected that he would get Bob in his wheelchair onto the ground and leave the rest up to me. Instead the driver took Bob into the restroom himself and stayed with him and gave him all the help he needed. I appreciated that so much as there was only a large general men’s restroom with a lot of gentlemen going and coming all at the same time.
I would like to convey our thanks for the thoughtfulness to your company. We have used many transportation companies in the past, and in the past if this was ever needed to we would have had to pay more money and I had to do it all myself. Not only did EMT not charge us extra money, but went beyond what I will call it’s responsibility. We will never use any other companies in the future, EMT is by far the best service we have ever used and I would highly recommend EMT to anyone looking for a company that goes well beyond being just a transportation company, EMT truly cares about the people they transport.

In an industry where we are so quick to complain about poor service, I felt it was imperative I take the time to compliment your company. Express Medical Transporters (EMT) transports many of our residents to dialysis on a regular basis. EMT is compassionate, and demonstrates extreme care for the well being of our clients. As the coordinator of transportation for a large state funded transportation program, I would like to recognize EMT as a superior partner with the State of Missouri. EMT has been transporting individuals to many of our Programs for more than 10 years. EMT has given us the highest level of service. EMT is responsible for transporting individuals with developmental disabilities: however EMT goes well beyond the call of duty. EMT has assisted in teaching positive skills in the individuals that EMT transports, the EMT drivers have built strong relationships with them, and EMT has strong communication with the families in the program.
The EMT staff is very focused on providing quality services and represent your company with the highest regard. EMT provides stability in the lives of the people they transport, including their new state of the art (GPS) dispatching, and scheduling program. The system is amazing, and has helped reduce our overall transportation cost.

My mother Ernestine, is transported to DePaul Health Center every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, each week by EMT.
I would like to let you know how pleased I, as well as the rest of our family is with your company. EMT is extremely courteous and caring toward my mother. EMT goes the extra step to see that she gets to and from the hospital without mishaps and EMT takes the time to converse with her. She enjoys their interactions thoroughly. EMT has been instrumental in helping to decrease her depression. Because EMT’s caring attitude, I requested that EMT be my mothers permanent transportation company.
Many times people will complain about the least problem. They don’t take the time to compliment someone when they do something positive. Because EMT has been such a blessing for my mother, I want to let you, and all the supervisors, know what a gem EMT has been to my mother.

It is with pleasure that I write this letter of recommendation for Express Medical Transportaters, (EMT) school Division.
EMT has served our school district in transporting students who are homeless to and from school for more than five years. I have much respect for EMT’s daunting task of keeping abreast of the many changes they incur on a daily basis and of getting children to their schools safely in a timely manner.
There have been many changes within the organization during these years. I can confidently say that the improvement this year has been remarkable. The number one improvement is having a Global Positioning system (GPS) in all vehicles that transport our students. The EMT staff is very professional and willing to meet every request made from this office. They are quick to respond to our concerns as well to meet every request made from our office. They are quick to respond to our concerns as well as those of parents/guardians and individual school’s personnel. I envision even more improvements in the future.

I am writing to let you know just how pleased our school is with your company Express Medical Transporters (EMT). Our district has used EMT exclusively for the past 3 years in transporting students to and from schools in our area.
This year we stated using your new GPS dispatching system and it is working extremely well for our needs. The system is wonderful and makes it so easy to track our transportation needs.

I am pleased to write this letter of recommendation for Express Medical Transporters Inc, (EMT). Our school district has worked with EMT for several years now, and I am glad to share with you some of our experience in working with this company.
They have been reliable and on time unvaryingly throughout the school year. When I have called to set up transportation or make changes to students’ files there has always been a team of people ready to help. They are willing and able to provide reliable drivers and make necessary changes in a moment’s notice.
I am most impressed with the dedication to personalized service that I have witnessed at EMT. It is more than the standard “ do-just-enough” attitude I have found in other transportation companies and which seems to have become the status quo in today’s society. With four parties involved in creating, setting, and maintaining a schedule for transportation (the family, two schools, and the transportation company), it is easy for wires to get crossed. In all instances where this may have occurred, Bernie Squitieri and his team have gone well out of their way to ensure the safety of our students as a first priority. In my experience, they do not rest until they have confirmation that the students being transported have been cared for.
I highly recommend EMT for all you schools transportation needs." I realized that I probably don't relay the 'good' back to you guys a whole lot. More often, we're e-mailing about cab issues, late cabs, etc, but I don't tell you all at EMT nearly enough about how satisfied we are. Of all the cab companies that the local school districts use around here, EMT is by far (in my opinion) the best. Your customer service has always been outstanding! And the cab service itself has always been great; understandably there are some drivers that may not always follow route assignments, etc, but every company has employees that may not always perform at their best level. Overall, EMT has been great and I appreciate all of your hard work in taking care of our displaced students here in our School District!"
