EMT currently operates two customer service call centers equipped with a state of the art phone system, cutting edge dispatch software with GPS mapping capabilities and a team of experienced employees ensuring a smooth, comfortable ride for any type of customer. We are available seven days a week, twenty four hours a day to take your call.

In order to ensure the highest level of service, EMT requires a thorough screening of all its drivers. Each driver must undergo an extensive background check and random drug testing. In addition, all drivers must be DOT certified and trained in first aid and CPR. We understand the unique needs of our customers and we make sure our drivers meet our specific qualifications before they hit the road.

Our vehicles must also pass random inspections and clear daily maintenance checks. By operating our own maintenance facility, any malfunctions that arise are quickly addressed and resolved. The safety of our customers and employees are of critical importance so these inspections are vital to our company.
